This event is sure to be a night to remember, featuring a special outdoor showing of the popular movie, IF! All proceeds will benefit the North Platte High School Journalism Club

The My Fair Share program serves as an exemplary model of how individuals can directly benefit these organizations. Every year, employees of NebraskaLand Bank nominate local organizations to receive monetary donations. They have the freedom to choose which organizations to support by donating a percentage of their pay throughout the year. My Fair Share

My Fair Share

Each year, our employees nominate various organizations in our community to be the recipients of monetary donations contributed solely by the Bank employees. The “My Fair Share” program allows employees to decide what percentage of their contribution will directly benefit each organization. The recipients of the 2022 My Fair Share Program are Rape & Domestic Abuse Program, North Platte Trails Network, North Platte Area Children’s Museum, PAWS-itive Partners, Todd Becker Foundation, Kearney Area Animal Shelter, S.A.F.E. Center, Red Desert Humane Society and Hospice of Sweetwater County.

NLB employees can be found volunteering at a variety of events throughout the year; after all, we take great pride in our volunteerism.  Not only are the employees of NLB generous with their time, but they also give back to the community monetarily through the “My Fair Share Program”. In 2004, the “My Fair Share” program was born from our culture and the commitment to do our part to make the communities we live in places that we can be proud of.

Our Journey to One Million Steps

Our Journey to One Million Steps

It’s that time again for NLB’s annual “Race to a Million”.  For the next 90 days NLB teams of three will be lacing up their walking shoes and putting their best feet forward and race to be the first team to reach one million steps.  The first team to reach a million steps will win bragging rights, and a total of $750 for the team to donate to the nonprofit of their choice.  That $250 for each team member!
