Credit Analyst

Location: North Platte

Description: Analyze, input and spread financial information of loan customers and loan applicants. Assist in the analysis of bank secured collateral, evaluate the degree of risk of commercial loans, review closed loans for conformity with loan policy, and assist in the preparation of recommendations to bank officers and lending committee regarding credit limits and terms of loan. Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor of Science in Business or equivalent work experience, well-developed analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail, and strong motivation to learn.

Part Time Loan Receptionist

Location: North Platte

Description: Provides friendly and courteous customer service. Answer all incoming calls to the Bank and transfer to the appropriate personnel. Direct walk-in customers. Assist department with clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven organizational and time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks. This position offers flexible scheduling.

Cash Management Specialist (Bookkeeping)

Location: North Platte

Description: Responsible for performing operational support duties including, not limited to: Customer Bank statement preparation; Lockbox deposit services, Review electronic (mobile and ATM)deposits for accuracy; Image work for Department.

Qualifications: Excellent detail skills; Ability to receive and follow instruction; Ability to multi-task; Regular and predictable attendance

Receptionist/Teller

Location: Kearney

Description: This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers through overseeing and maintain waiting area, answering customers’ questions and providing general information. Answering phone calls, transfers calls, and taking messages when necessary as well as other administrative tasks. This position will also be cross-trained to work as a Teller. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities: 1. Service: Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the Branch; provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer interaction. Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing requests, resolving inquiries, and conducting transactions by telephone, in writing, or in person. Consistently exceed customer expectations for service. 2. Personal Commitment: Demonstrate commitment, dependability and respect for the team with regular and predictable attendance, punctuality and agreed-upon schedule of availability. Project a professional image in dress, manner, communication and focus. 3. Daily Processing: Responsible for daily transactions and handling cash. Participate in ATM and vault balancing.
