Loan Services Specialist

Location: North Platte

Description: Complete the computer input for all loan applications, the loan tickler system, and loan accounts with escrow. Responsible for building and maintaining loan files. 1. Accurately and efficiently executes the computer input for loan applications. 2. Responsible for proper and timely lien recording at closing. Responsible for building all loan files while ensuring all required loan documents are organized in the file and/or properly tracked. 3. Maintains all tracking and ticklers for loan accounts. A. Maintains the loan documentation deficiency list, the loan tickler system, and the loan accounts with escrow B. Monitors the filing of documents in the loan files and maintains the loan documentation deficiency lists. C. Maintains the loan tickler system. D. Maintains and monitors the loan accounts with escrows by accurate computer input and verifying that payments are made timely. 4. Assist in monthly/daily report review and monitoring of reports to ensure correct input and transaction posting. 5. Follow all bank policies and procedures with special emphasis in confidentiality, compliance and projecting a professional image at all times. 6. Practice friendly and courteous customer service while performing all tasks of the job. This should be exhibited when working with all customers and coworkers. A. Recognize sales opportunities and cross-sell Bank products by making quality referrals 7. Read and follow all written procedures of the bank. A. Participate in and at times perform internal training sessions. B. Place special emphasis on the areas of compliance with the Bank regulations. 8. Assume additional responsibilities as required.
