We look forward to serving you even better after we upgrade our digital products on July 22, 2021. This is an exciting change for you because it will greatly improve your digital banking experience. However, this upgrade will temporarily cause some disruption to your service, so we want to make sure you know what is changing and what you will need to do to help make the transition smooth.

We appreciate your patience throughout this time, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. If you have concerns or would like to speak to a personal banker to learn more, please contact us.

Mobile Banking App

The enhanced new app will feature instant balance, mobile deposit, debit card controls, Bill Pay, Account Alerts, transfers between accounts, check images and more!

What You Need to Know

Your current app will no longer work as of July 22, 2021. You will need to remove your current app and install the new one on July 22, 2021. If you have mobile alerts established in your current app, you will need to set up new alerts in the new app. To download the new app, simply search “NebraskaLand Bank” in your device’s app store.

Bill Pay

The enhanced Bill Pay will make it easy to pay almost anyone! You can send same-day or next-day payments, make account-to-account transfers, set reminders and automate payments! Oh and did we mention, it’s free!

What You Need to Know

All payees and six months of payment history from our current Bill Pay system will transfer to the new system; however, we recommend that you download or print your history as a precautionary measure. To perform this upgrade, Bill Pay service will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, July 20, until 9:00 a.m. CT on Thursday, July 22.

Account Alerts

Account Alerts

 

Account Alerts let you know the moment something important happens in your account. Choose from dozens of account activity alerts and set the delivery method you want – text, email or online banking message center.

What You Need to Know

Current online banking alerts will not transfer to the new alert system and will not be active after August 1, 2021. You will need to log in to online banking on July 22, 2021, to select the new alerts you want to receive.

Card Control

Customizable debit card controls and real-time transaction alerts will be available in our new mobile banking app. You keep all the benefits of your current CardValet® app, but you’ll be able to access your card alerts and controls from either the NebraskaLand Bank mobile banking app or via the NebraskaLand Card Control app, all with your existing username and password.

What You Need to Know

You will first need to download the new mobile banking app on July 22, 2021. Once you are logged in to your mobile banking app, you can download the NebraskaLand Card Control app from there. Although both apps must be installed on your device, you can access your card controls from within mobile banking!
