Hear from Brennan Costello from UNL’s Engler Entrepreneurship Program and learn about how to find a good business idea, how to get started building your business, how to fund your business, and more! In this podcast episode, Brennan shares some powerful tools to help you succeed on your path to becoming an entrepreneur. 

 As the Engler Entrepreneurship Program’s, Chief Business Relations Officer, Brennan is extremely knowledgeable about small businesses in Nebraska. He works to provide experiences that connect students to real life entrepreneurs through events such as the Engler Fireside and Nebraska Trek. Brennan is a big-picture thinker and believes in connecting entrepreneurial education to anyone who wants to start a business. Brennan is an expert in identifying connection points to help people run their businesses more efficiently.  

Brennan leads classes on idea generation, negotiation, and prototyping. He also facilitates Build Camp, The Venture Laboratory, and the $50 business challenge. He has a variety of experiences in diverse entrepreneurial ventures including being involved in several start-ups in the Cattle and Logistics Industries as well as a Kirchner Impact Investment Fellow. His experience as a National FFA Officer makes him a dynamic facilitator that challenges students to learn by doing. He also serves as the coordinator for our Launch Program which partners with Nebraska FFA to help FFA members start and scale businesses while they are in high school. Brennan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness and an MBA from the University of Nebraska.
