Our Response to Coronavirus

Keeping our customers, our communities and our employees safe is a top priority and we want to share the steps we are taking in response to coronavirus.

Because minimizing the spread of this illness is of the upmost importance, we have implemented some new sanitation policies. In addition to our nightly cleaning, our teller lines and high traffic areas are being regularly disinfected with an anti-viral cleaner. Our employees are also diligent with hand washing, especially after handling money.

If you are not feeling well, please refrain from doing business inside the bank to help protect other customers and our employees.

We want to remind you that we offer a variety of safe and secure online banking options.

  • Online Banking: check your balance, transfer funds, or view your transaction history anytime – real time.
  • Mobile Banking App: manage your finances all from our free mobile app.
  • Mobile Deposit: use your mobile device to deposit checks electronically within our free mobile app.
  • Bill Pay: make payments anywhere, anytime.
  • 24 hour ATMs: convenient access to 24 hour ATMs

In addition, we offer several conveniently located night drop boxes and drive-thru services.  As always, we have local customer service representatives available by phone.

We will continue to monitor the latest news and keep our customers updated with any pertinent information as it relates to our accessibility and service. We do have a pandemic plan in place and are prepared to be of service to you throughout this pandemic.

Although there are certainly challenging financial times ahead, you can rest assured that NebraskaLand Bank is strong as demonstrated through our five-star rating for strength and stability by Bauer Financial.

As always, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

Update

6/2/2020- NebraskaLand Bank is preparing to reopen our lobbies with regular business hours in both North Platte and Kearney Monday, June 8, 2020. As we are entering this stage in the pandemic, “normal” looks a bit different. We strive to ensure that we reference regulations and guidelines that are in place for what matters most, our employees and our community.

During our transition we want to remind and encourage you to utilize our safe and secure online banking options, 24 hour ATM’s, and our night drop boxes and drive-thru services.

Customers are welcome to wear a mask covering.  If you choose to wear a mask, you may be asked to remove it briefly for identification purposes.  For safer employee- customer interactions, we have implemented Plexiglas coverings at the Teller stations as well as the front desk. We will be upholding social distancing guidelines and have placed social distance markers throughout our lobby for additional convenience and safety.

We would like to sincerely thank you for your patience and support throughout the course of this pandemic. As we slowly transition back to “normal”, we want you to know that we care deeply about doing our part to help the people, businesses, schools and organizations within our community succeed
