Full Time Teller

Location: Kearney Branch

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Full Time Teller to manage daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer service, adhere to bank policies, and contribute to a secure banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer transactions for deposits and withdrawals with attention to detail.
  • Ensure accurate cash drawer management and reporting discrepancies.
  • Verify check authenticity and facilitate appropriate fund transactions.
  • Efficiently count and prepare currency and coins, and assist with night depository duties.
  • Utilize bank software to access customer information for service needs.
  • Demonstrate professional, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend bank products that fit customer needs.
  • Adhere to all bank procedures, including compliance training and dual control practices.
  • Perform back counter responsibilities like imaging and balancing work.
  • Maintain confidentiality and represent the bank professionally.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven record of delivering friendly and courteous customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with using computers and banking software systems.
  • Strong adherence to bank policies, with a focus on security and compliance.
