Full-time Receptionist- North Platte

Location: North Platte

Description:

This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service at our bank's front desk. You will oversee the reception area, answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and assist walk-in customers, all while performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  1. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers as they enter the bank, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Provide prompt and accurate service while addressing inquiries and processing requests through phone and in-person interactions.
  2. Communication: Answer incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate department, and taking messages when necessary. Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and employees.
  3. Administrative Support: Manage incoming mail and faxes, ensuring timely distribution. Assist various departments with clerical duties and maintain an organized reception area.
  4. Professionalism: Demonstrate commitment, dependability, and respect for the team through regular attendance and punctuality. Project a professional image in appearance and conduct at all times.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and previous customer service experience.
