Personal Banking Document Specialist

Location: North Platte

Description:

Provides support to the Personal Bankers by maintaining paperwork generated in the account opening process. Role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work with a variety of documentation, and proficiency in utilizing business software tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily verification of previous day's work against reports, rectify any errors with Personal Bankers, and ensure corrections are made.
  2. Thoroughly review all business-related documentation, including legal and pertinent documents.
  3. Index various business documents such as maintenance sheets and signature cards into the system.
  4. Assess Customer Identification Programs (CIP) for new clients to guarantee completion of all essential information.
  5. Manage a document deficiency tracking spreadsheet, coordinate with Personal Bankers for missing items, and aid in retrieving missing information.
  6. Generate monthly reports on cancelled certificates.
  7. Ensure completion and accuracy of all CIP and CCD fields on a monthly basis.
  8. Verify the accuracy and completeness of all Beneficial Owner documentation.
  9. Monitor the Transaction Monitoring System (TMS) report daily for authorization issues.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  1. Create Business Analytics reports as needed.
  2. Manage end-of-year document retention tasks.
  3. Annually archive purged portfolio files.
  4. Adhere to all bank policies, especially regarding confidentiality and compliance, while maintaining a professional image.
  5. Progress the transition of paper documents to electronic format by scanning into the system.
  6. Accept additional responsibilities as required.

Full Time Teller

Location: North Platte

Description:

Seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Full Time Teller to manage daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer service, adhere to bank policies, and contribute to a secure banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer transactions for deposits and withdrawals with attention to detail.
  2. Ensure accurate cash drawer management and reporting discrepancies.
  3. Verify check authenticity and facilitate appropriate fund transactions.
  4. Efficiently count and prepare currency and coins, and assist with night depository duties.
  5. Utilize bank software to access customer information for service needs.
  6. Demonstrate professional, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  7. Identify opportunities to recommend bank products that fit customer needs.
  8. Adhere to all bank procedures, including compliance training and dual control practices.
  9. Perform back counter responsibilities like imaging and balancing work.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and represent the bank professionally.

Essential Skills:

  1. Proven record of delivering friendly and courteous customer service.
  2. Ability to multitask and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  3. Familiarity with using computers and banking software systems.
  4. Strong adherence to bank policies, with a focus on security and compliance.

Cash Management Specialist

Location: North Platte

Description:

Overview: Responsible for performing operations support duties of the Cash Management Department.  Cross-train in all Cash Management positions and have the ability to carry out each position responsibly.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares Lockbox services for customers as assigned ensuring accuracy and follow up with customers as needed.      
  2. Prepare customer Bank statements
  3. Reviews Mobile/ATM/RDC deposits daily
  4. Reviews and balances internal ATM clearing and Zelle accounts daily
    1. Put daily work away from teller line and maintain monthly retention of envelopes.
    2. Reviews and submits check adjustments as needed for customer and Correspondent Bank Accounts.     
    3. Responsible for daily Duplicate Items, IPay & ORM reports          
  5. Cross train and back up the following jobs:
    1. Backup Wire Specialist as needed.
    2. Assist with input and verification of wires as needed
    3. Assist with FCRM alerts.
    4. Confirm adherence to Board approved Wire Policy and all regulations        related to the wire area                                                            
  6. Answer customer service calls
    1. Recognize sales opportunities and cross-sell Bank products by making quality referrals.
    2. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  7. Read and follow all written procedures of the bank.
    1. Participate in departmental training sessions and meetings.
    2. Place special emphasis on the areas of compliance with the Bank regulations.
    3. Adheres to the Electronic Data Processing Board approved policies.
  8. Follow all bank policies and procedures with special emphasis in confidentiality, compliance and projecting a professional image at all times.
  9. Assume additional responsibilities as required.

Electronic Banking Representative

Location: North Platte

Description:

Works with the Electronic Banking Specialists to help setup new and maintain business online client profiles.  Provides end-user support functions for business customers.  Assists with reports and risk management processes. 

Qualifications:

Highly detailed, excellent written and verbal communication skills, banking experience preferred, ability to multi-task, team oriented.
