eStatement - User Guide

Access your Online Banking account. Once you are logged in, use the following instructions:

1. Click on 'PROFILE' located at the top right corner of the page.
2. Once the profile page loads, click on 'Edit' next to 'Electronic statements'.
3. Select the account you would like to enroll in eStatements.
4. Click on the 'electronic statements terms and conditions' link. Read the terms and conditions. On the last page you will find your 4-digit confirmation code to complete enrollment.
5. Check the box to accept the electronic terms and conditions.
6. Enter the 4-digit confirmation code and click on Save.

If you wish to remove your account from email notification and begin receiving paper statements, please follow these instructions:

1. Download the eStatement cancellation form.
2. Complete the form, print a copy, and mail to:

   or deliver to a Personal Banker at the branch location nearest you.
