The information you provide as detailed below will only be used for promotion administration purposes.

Eligibility: NebraskaLand Bank’s ‘Tag a Local Business” Contest is open only to legal residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Each entrant by participating in the Contest agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.

Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting 8:00am CT Monday, December 19, 2022 and ending 1:00 pm CT Friday, December 23, 2022. All online entries must be received by 1:00 pm CT Friday, December 23, 2022.  NebraskaLand Bank reserves the right to reject submissions that do not comply with the contest rules.

How to Enter: You may participate in the contest by posting a comment tagging a local business whom you shopped with this holiday season within the original post on NebraskaLand Bank’s Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/nebraskalandbank/

Multiple entries are allowed. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of NebraskaLand Bank. NebraskaLand Bank is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your submission by Facebook users.

Drawing: The potential winner will be selected at random under the supervision of NebraskaLand Bank, from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about 1:30pm CT the last day of the Entry Period. The Entry Period ends on 1:00 pm CT Friday, December 23, 2022, so the winning entry will be selected and shared on Facebook 12/23/22 at or about 11:30pm CT.

The drawing will be done under the direction of NebraskaLand Bank, whose decisions are final in all matters related to the Contest. 

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize: The winner(s) will receive a $50.00 Gary’s Super Foods gift card, a value of $50.00  All costs and expenses associated with the prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, beverages, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Winner is responsible for the payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.  No substitutions, cash equivalent, or transfer of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or Portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, as its sole discretion.  

Winner Selection and Notification:  Winner will be notified via the NebraskaLand Bank Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/nebraskalandbank/, through a post to the page approximately one (1) hour after being selected.  If the prize notification is undeliverable, the winner does not reply to NebraskaLand Bank within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of notification of his/her name being drawn as a potential winner, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  If a winner cannot be confirmed and verified forty-eight (48) hours after announcing the alternate winner, the prize will not be awarded.

NebraskaLand Bank shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notice due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. 

Rights Granted by You:  By entering this contest, you understand and agree that NebraskaLand Bank, anyone acting on behalf of NebraskaLand Bank and NebraskaLand Bank licensees, successors, and assignees, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purpose, without any further compensation, notice, review or consent, except where prohibited by law.

Terms & Conditions: NebraskaLand Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macro, scripts, or other technical means for entering; or other cause beyond NebraskaLand Bank’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest.  In such case, NebraskaLand Bank may select the Winner at random from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by NebraskaLand Bank. NebraskaLand Bank has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operations of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.  Should such attempt be made, NebraskaLand Bank reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless NebraskaLand Bank and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assignee, employees, offices, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize of any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability of inaccessibility of any transmission, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) the unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries. This Contest and these Official Rules shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska without regard to its principles of conflict of law and jurisdiction and venue shall be solely within the State of Nebraska.  Winners are limited to one (1) prize from NebraskaLand Bank within any three hundred sixty-five (365) day period.
