Chimichurri

Ingredients
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano
- 3-6 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 fresh squeezed lime
- Salt & pepper and NLB's Grillers Secret Seasoning to taste
Directions
- Rough chop flat leaf parsley, cilantro, and fresh oregano. Place in blender.
- Add minced garlic, chopped onion, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar and fresh squeezed lime to blender.
- Add Griller's Secret Seasoning to mixture.
- Blend until mixture is a smooth consistency and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Use as a topping on steaks or seafood or any dish for the perfect sauce.
Note: Prepare approximately 2 hours in advance and refrigerate to blend flavors.
