Fantastic Food: Featured Recipe

Chimchurri

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano
  • 3-6 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 fresh squeezed lime
  • Salt & pepper and NLNB's Grillers Secret Seasoning to taste

Directions

  1. Rough chop flat leaf parsley, cilantro, and fresh oregano. Place in blender.
  2. Add minced garlic, chopped onion, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar and fresh squeezed lime to blender.
  3. Add Griller's Secret Seasoning to mixture.
  4. Blend until mixture is a smooth consistency and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Use as a topping on steaks or seafood or any dish for the perfect sauce.

Note:  Prepare approximately 2 hours in advance and refrigerate to blend flavors.
